Our Cookie Policy in Plain English

We set a small number of cookies on coolzino-aud.com so you can log in, keep your preferences and use the site safely. This page lists every category we use, how long each one lasts, and how to switch any of them off.

What Cookies Actually Do

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. Each one holds a name, a value and an expiry date, and nothing more. When you come back, your browser sends the cookie to us so we can recognise your device.

Think of them as a memory aid. Without cookies, we would not know that you already logged in five minutes ago, that you play in AUD, or that you dismissed the welcome banner. Every site you use daily relies on the same mechanism, including banking and retail sites.

Cookies are not programs. They cannot install software, read files off your hard drive or capture your passwords. They only send back the data that was placed in them in the first place, which is either a random session identifier or a preference you chose yourself.

The Four Cookie Types We Set

Strictly necessary

These keep the site running, and the site cannot function without them. Our session cookie holds your login state, our authentication cookie keeps you signed in across pages, and our security cookies protect deposit and withdrawal forms against cross-site request forgery. We never ask for consent on these, because rejecting them would break your account entirely.

Functional

Functional cookies remember choices you make: your language, your currency display, game filters and whether you have seen a particular notice. If you clear them, the site still works, but you will need to set your preferences again on your next visit.

Analytics

Analytics cookies record aggregated behaviour, such as which pages get the most traffic, where players drop off during registration and how long a game page takes to load. We read the results in totals only. The reports we act on contain no names, no email addresses and no bet history.

Marketing

Marketing cookies support retargeting, so our offers reach people who have already visited us rather than strangers. They also tell us which promotion brought a new player in, which is how we decide where to spend our advertising budget. These are the only category that is fully optional, and you can refuse them without losing any functionality.

Third Party Cookies We Permit

A third party cookie is set by a partner whose code runs on our pages, not by us directly. We permit exactly three classes of partner: analytics providers who measure site performance, advertising networks who run our retargeting campaigns, and payment providers whose forms appear during deposit and withdrawal flows.

Each partner signs a data processing agreement with us before any code goes live, and each is restricted to the category we assigned it. An ad network cannot read your payment session; a payment provider cannot feed your transaction history into an advertising profile. We review the partner list annually and remove anyone who no longer serves a purpose.

When you reject optional cookies in our banner, third party marketing and analytics tags are blocked at the source. They never load, so nothing is set on your device in the first place. Payment cookies tied to a transaction you initiate yourself remain, because they exist to protect your money.

Managing Your Cookie Settings

On our site

A consent banner appears the first time you open coolzino-aud.com. Accept all, or open the granular panel and tick only the categories you want. Your choice is stored in a cookie of its own, so we will not ask again for twelve months. You can revisit the decision any time through the Cookie Settings link in the site footer; changes take effect immediately.

In your browser

Every major browser ships with its own cookie controls, and blocking there overrides whatever you told us.

  • Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies, then block or delete as you prefer.
  • Safari: Settings, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data to remove cookies individually or in bulk.
  • Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security, then choose Standard, Strict or Custom under Enhanced Tracking Protection.
  • Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, then block third parties or clear existing data.

What happens if you block everything

Block strictly necessary cookies and you will be signed out every time you change page, so in practice the site becomes unusable. Block functional cookies and your language and currency settings reset on each visit. Block analytics and marketing cookies and nothing on screen changes; you simply stop seeing retargeted ads from us, which many players consider a win.

How Long Each Cookie Lasts

Session cookies expire the moment you close your browser, which is why you are asked to log in again after restarting. Persistent cookies carry a fixed expiry date, and we keep ours deliberately short. Nothing we set survives beyond one year, and marketing cookies die far sooner than that.

Clearing your browser data at any point deletes persistent cookies ahead of schedule, regardless of their expiry date. Logging out also destroys your session cookie on the spot.

When We Update This Policy

If we add a new cookie category, extend a retention period or bring on a new class of partner, this page gets revised and the banner reappears so you can reconfirm your choices. Cosmetic edits that change nothing about your data do not trigger a fresh prompt. The current version was last reviewed in 2026, and Coolzino Casino keeps an internal changelog of every amendment for audit purposes.

Questions about anything on this page go to [email protected] or to our live chat, which runs around the clock, seven days a week.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to accept cookies to play at Coolzino Casino?

Strictly necessary cookies only. They carry your login session and secure our payment forms, so the account system will not work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are opt-in, and refusing them costs you nothing in terms of gameplay, bonuses or withdrawals.

Can I change my mind after clicking accept?

Yes. Open the Cookie Settings link in the footer at any time and switch categories on or off. Your new choice applies straight away, and any optional cookies already set are deleted from your device.

Do cookies track my bets or winnings?

No. Your betting history lives in your account database, not in cookies. Cookies on this site hold a session identifier, your interface preferences and, if you consent, aggregated usage statistics.

Will deleting cookies log me out?

Deleting cookies removes your session, so you will need to sign in again with your username and password. Nothing else changes, and your balance, bonuses and settings tied to your account are unaffected.
