Reloads, Cashback and Tournaments
Regular offers
After the welcome package, four ongoing promotion types keep your balance working. Each runs on a fixed schedule, and all are credited to eligible accounts without manual opt-in unless stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Weekly cashback up to 25% of net losses
- Weekend reload bonus of 50% up to 500 AUD
- Daily free spins drops
- Slot tournaments with prize pools up to 100,000 AUD
How each one works
Weekly cashback is calculated on your net losses over the qualifying period and paid back to your account, with the rate depending on your VIP tier. The weekend reload applies a 50% match on deposits made during the promotional window, capped at 500 AUD. Daily free spins drop to active players, and tournaments rank you on a leaderboard with prize pools reaching 100,000 AUD. Full rules for each promotion sit on the promotion page inside your account.

Claim Your Bonus Step by Step
From sign-up to wagering
Getting the welcome bonus takes a few minutes. Follow these steps in order and the bonus applies automatically.
- 1. Register an account at coolzino.com with your email and a password.
- 2. Verify your email address via the confirmation link.
- 3. Deposit at least 30 AUD using any accepted method, including PayID, cards or crypto.
- 4. The 100% match up to 750 AUD and 150 free spins credit automatically, no code needed.
- 5. Open the eligible game and start wagering; you have 7 days to meet the 40x requirement.
How the 40x Wagering Works
A worked example
Wagering means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before withdrawn funds clear. We apply a 40x requirement on the bonus portion only, never on your deposit.
| Step | Amount |
|---|---|
| You deposit | 100 AUD |
| Bonus credited (100%) | 100 AUD |
| Wagering requirement (40 x 100) | 4,000 AUD |
| Your own cash | Always withdrawable once wagering completes |
Reading your progress
Track your wagering progress in the bonus section of your account. Once the 4,000 AUD in bets from the example above is placed, the bonus balance converts to real money, subject to the 10,000 AUD maximum win cap. Bets placed with real money before bonus activation do not count.
Key Restrictions You Should Know
Terms that matter most
These conditions apply to the welcome bonus unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Read them before you start wagering so nothing surprises you at withdrawal time.
- Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered within 7 days of credit.
- Maximum win from the welcome bonus is 10,000 AUD.
- Wagering contribution varies by game; check the contribution table in the bonus terms inside your account before betting.
- An active bonus may carry a maximum bet restriction per spin or round.
- Deposits tied to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering completes.
- One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address or payment account.
- Bonuses are for recreational play; we void bonus funds and winnings from low-risk betting patterns or irregular play.
- You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal: ID, proof of address (max 3 months old) and proof of payment method.
No Promo Code Required
Codes and activation
You do not need a promo code for the welcome bonus or any of our standing promotions listed above. Depositing the qualifying amount activates the offer automatically. If we run a limited-time promotion that requires a code, we publish it in the promotion page inside your account and in your registered email, never through third-party sites.
